SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes We ship to most countries across Europe and worldwide. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • France, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland: 7–12 days
  • Rest of Europe: 10–15 days
  • Australia, New Zealand, Canada: 12–18 days
  • Rest of World: 14–21 days

Please note these are estimated timeframes. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over €50
  • Standard shipping on orders under €50 — shipping cost calculated at checkout based on your location

Order Tracking Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

Customs and Import Duties Some orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
