Where do you ship to? We ship across Europe and worldwide. We currently do not ship to Sweden, Germany, the USA, or war-torn regions. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 7–15 days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Is shipping free? Yes — free shipping on all orders over €50. Shipping costs on orders under €50 are calculated at checkout.

What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day full refund guarantee. If your purchase doesn't change how your space feels, return it within 30 days for a full refund. No forms, no friction, no questions asked.

How do I return an item? Simply email us at hello@oslointeriors.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange everything for you.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are your products high quality? Every product we carry is chosen by answering one question — would we put this in our own home? If the answer is yes it earns its place in our store. If not it doesn't make the cut regardless of how popular it is elsewhere.
